I answer most calls and texts the same day. During weekday business hours, you will usually hear back within the hour. Messages sent after 8 p.m. or on Sunday get a reply the next morning. Before our first real call, it helps to tell me three things: buying, selling, or both; your target timeline; and one or two neighborhoods you have in mind.

Brief FAQ

Do you work with first-time buyers?

Yes, regularly. First-time buyers get the same process every other buyer gets: the long first call, the neighborhood narrowing, the honest read on homes. I slow down more at the start so you understand how financing, inspection, and closing actually work before we start making offers.

Do you list outside Kenosha and Racine Counties?

No, and on purpose. These two counties are where I know the neighborhoods and inventory well enough to do real work for you. If you need an agent outside this area, I am happy to refer you to someone I trust.

What does the first meeting look like?

For buyers, a thirty-minute call or coffee on timeline, budget, and neighborhoods. For sellers, a walkthrough followed by a pricing and prep conversation. No pressure to sign anything on day one.
